The GACHUHI, MWANIKI & MUTHONI FOUNDATION is not just a charitable organization; it is a tribute to the enduring strength and resilience of our family, founded in memory of three extraordinary individuals whose lives and challenges have profoundly shaped our purpose.

Moses Gachuhi Macharia (RIP)

Our father was a man of great integrity and compassion, always seeking justice for those who were wronged. His legacy lives on through the values he instilled in us—justice, peace, and service to others. His passing marked a turning point for our family, but it also gave birth to the vision of this foundation, which seeks to carry forward his mission of helping the marginalized.

Josphat Gachuhi Macharia

Our youngest brother, Josphat, has endured a harrowing journey for justice. For 17 long years, he has suffered unimaginable hardships, including beatings and torture, while pursuing a succession court case. His resilience and courage in the face of such adversity have inspired us to fight for justice, not just for him but for others who face similar struggles.

Hannah Muthoni Gachuhi

Our beloved mother, Hannah, is the backbone of our family. As the executor of the estate, she faced countless challenges, including being prevented from attending court by family members, delaying justice for many. Despite these hardships, she remained a beacon of strength and faith, showing us the importance of perseverance and compassion. Her role in the foundation is to inspire others with her story of resilience and hope.
